We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Admin Manager.

Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting advantageous
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Pastel
4-5 years proven experience in a bookkeeper role at a small-to-medium sized enterprise
Reliable contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly accounting and processing up to trial balance
Monthly journal entries
Issuing invoices, tracking of payments and monthly statements
Supplier liaison including reconciliations and payments
Booking couriers
Stock take
Various other accounting and administrative duties as required by the role from time to time
Placing orders with both local and International suppliers
Inputting stock and working out costings and retail pricing
Ordering office supplies and stationary
Submitting BOP forms and creating APN numbers for Shipping
Dealing with shipping agents and following up on import orders
