design,
documentation,

You’ll be
actively
involved
throughout the
design and
implementation
process — from
concept creation
and technical
documentation to
site
coordination and
contractor
management —
helping to
ensure projects
are delivered on
time, on budget,
and to a high
standard.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine interior design concepts
Produce detailed technical drawings, layouts, and joinery documentation
Work on material selection, finishes, and FF&E coordination
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved
Manage day-to-day site coordination, contractor supervision, and snag list follow-ups
Obtain, review, and compare supplier and contractor quotes, assisting with procurement processes
Attend regular site visits and meetings, monitoring project progress and resolving site issues
Assist in project handovers and post-installation reviews
Who You
Are:
A creative and technical problem-solver with strong organisational skills
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Word
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deliverables and site deadlines
Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused in a dynamic project environment
Confident liaising with suppliers, contractors, and clients on and off-site
Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential design preferred
