All Office was established in 1978 and has become synonymous with the supply of ergonomically designed office furniture. We listen, we care, and we continue to uphold our long standing tradition of not only meeting but exceeding our customer’s expectations.

We are looking for a Design and Décor Coordinator in our Cape Town branch.

Creative Skills
  • Update showroom display on a regular basis
  • Investigate the latest trends in furniture
  • Develop presentation packs for quotes to larger clients
  • Create mood boards for clients
  • Create a look book consisting of inspirational ideas
  • Be involved in new product photography
  • Investigate and recommend product solutions to management
  • Advise Sales Reps on different and better solutions we can offer clients on solving their problems
  • Create product leaflet that we can give to clients
  • Advise on our own staff working environment and suggest changes to be made
  • Advise on the All Office customer experience (when visiting our showroom) and suggest changes
  • Advise on the All Office website customer experience and suggest changes
Technical Skills
  • Assist the CAD department with CAD layouts for clients and 3D renders
  • Once we have received the order, manage that project e.g. ensuring installation is started on time, snags are dealt with (General Project Management)
Software Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Google SketchUp and or 3D Studio Max (Preferred)
  • Adobe In Design and Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office Suite
