ARRCC, a design studio that creates considered, refined, and contemporary interiors, is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will support Senior Designers and Project Architects across all project stages – from concept to completion.
We're looking for a confident, talented, and highly organized individual who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments. You should be able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external consultants.
Please note that only South African citizens will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design and architectural teams to deliver world-class documentation and technical drawings.
Produce high-quality visuals, presentations, renders, and other project collateral.
Help resolve technical details in line with the design vision.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, service providers, and consultants.
Assist with project admin: minutes, documentation, and file management.
Work with 3D artists to brief on design intent and materials for CGI renders.
Visit sites (local) to support project implementation and coordination.
Requirements
A 3-year Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
3-7 years of professional experience.
Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to interpret and communicate design ideas clearly.
Solid understanding of design documentation and production processes.
Experience working across at least 3 project phases.
High levels of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Advantageous Criteria:
Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
Experience producing CGI-ready visuals.
Exposure to international project standards.
Behavioural Criteria:

Methodical and detail oriented.
Performance-driven, easy to work with, and clear in communication.
