We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Showroom & Business Development Manager for our showroom in Kramerville, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom, setting sales targets, managing staff, ensuring efficient functioning and maximizing sales, creating a premium customer experience.
Sales Excellence: Drive sales and achieve targets by leveraging your knowledge of interior spaces.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships with our discerning clients and provide tailored solutions.
Stock Management: Handle stock control, ordering, and inventory management efficiently.
Marketing & Promotion: Utilize networking experience, social media and marketing skills to enhance showroom and online merchandising to attract customers.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the interior showroom, rugs, carpets, furniture & décor accessories environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the interior design industry with a passion for décor and design.
Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and administration skills, along with proficiency in relevant software.
Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and attention to detail.
Reliability: Energetic, sales-driven, and dependable.
Availability: Must be willing to work retail hours, including Saturday mornings.
Qualifications: An interior design qualification is advantageous.
