We are looking for a full-time design-driven Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture, SACAP registration, and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with rendering skills in software such as Enscape. A strong understanding of construction detailing and technical knowledge is required.
Key responsibilities include design, documentation, rendering, and presentations. Knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as experience in hospitality or residential design, would be advantageous. Familiarity with SANS 10400 and National Building Regulations and Standards is also desirable.
We seek someone with strong communication skills who is highly organised and detail-oriented.
