This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive, based in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you'll manage inbound sales, generate quotations, communicate with clients, and support ongoing customer relationships. This role requires a strong ability to execute tasks with consistency and care, while also nurturing long-term connections with repeat customers.
We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys providing high-touch customer service, and has a deep appreciation for beautiful design. You’ll work closely with our operations, logistics, and design teams to ensure a seamless experience from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries and generate accurate quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely communication
Work efficiently and consistently, with a strong attention to detail in daily sales processes
Support lead generation and conversion through excellent product knowledge and responsiveness
Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Stay informed about our design ethos and product offerings to speak authentically with clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
A natural relationship-builder who values long-term client engagement
Experience or interest in the furniture, interior design, or luxury goods industry
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment
