looking
for a
highly
organised,
proactive,
and
capable
Personal
Assistant
to
support
the
Director
across a
wide
range of
responsibilities.
This is
not just
a
diary-and-coffee
type
role we
need
someone
who can
think
ahead,
manage
multiple
moving
parts,
communicate
professionally,
and keep
things
running
smoothly.
The Role
Will
Include:
General administration and office support
Managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Assisting with sales administration and client communication
Preparing quotes, documents, and correspondence
Social media coordination and content assistance
Basic Photoshop / design-related support
Working with Sage and other administrative systems
Running errands and assisting with ad hoc business tasks
Occasional site visits when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant / Administrative role
Experience with Sage
Experience with Photoshop (basic to intermediate is fine)
Good sales/admin support ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to multitask
Able to work independently and take initiative
Must have own car
Must have own laptop
Bonus if

Have:
Experience with social media management
A creative eye for branding, layouts, or content
An interest in design, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
Important:
We are
looking
for
someone
with
real
working
experience,
not
someone
who is
only
just
starting
out in
administration.
You
should
be
confident
handling
responsibility,
solving
small
problems
on your
own, and
keeping
things
moving
without
constant
supervision.
This is a full-time position based in Kew, Johannesburg.
