A leading Cape Town window dressing company is looking for a young and dynamic self-starter with an abundance of initiative.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Invoicing
Coping
Scanning
Typing of quotes
Emailing orders to the suppliers
Managing our Front desk and installers diaries
Allocating payments
Creating new customer accounts
Ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
Email correspondence with clients and suppliers
Typing delivery notes
Printing of weekly and monthly time sheets
Sending off payment advice to suppliers
Filing
Requirements
Decorating experience would be an advantage
Able to speak English & Afrikaans
Microsoft Word
Excel
Outlook
