Responsibilities
Lead a small project management team and oversee all projects from inception to delivery, including work allocation, team performance, and development.
Collaborate with management to determine project feasibility, fee structure, margins, and project profitability.
Oversee the budget compilation process, revisions and presentation to clients.
Manage cash flow and invoicing schedules.
Create and manage a project master programme.
Control and execute drawing versions and issuing, supplier selection, tendering and procurement.
Collaborate closely with Interior Designers.
Manage progress on site in terms of project plan and quality of works in terms of specs.
Client liaison and building client relationships.
Project close-out and handover.
Brand Ambassador and business development.
Desired Skills and Experience
Project management qualification.
5 – 7 years project management experience in the built environment.
Exposure to interior design and understanding of construction methods.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and co-ordinating skills.
Strong numerical skills and computer skills.
Sound ability to manage finances and project plans.
Ability to “think on your feet” and problem solve.
The ability to collaborate with a team and be flexible and adaptable.
Entrepreneurial acumen and business understanding.
Used to working with deadlines in a pressurised environment
