We are seeking a

Internal
Sales & Admin
Assistant
to join our
dynamic office
furniture
showroom. This
role is perfect
for someone who
enjoys combining
creative,
customer-facing
work with
essential
behind-the-scenes
admin support.
You’ll play a
vital role in
both helping
customers and
ensuring smooth
daily
operations. This
role is ideal
for someone
eager to grow
into a sales
position and
take on
increasing
responsibility
as they develop
within the
company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes, invoices, and order confirmations
Assist Sales Manager with quotations, orders and client liaison
Track and manage order progress, liaising with suppliers, production, and logistics teams
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure accurate communication with clients
Support the sales team with preparation of product information, price lists, and stock availability
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries to the appropriate departments
Support the team with general office tasks and scheduling
What
We’re Looking
For:
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or order processing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest in furniture or design is a plus but not essential
