Our services include design, production, and implementation of custom shopfitting for commercial fit-outs, exhibition, and event spaces.
Role Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of shopfitting and exhibition projects from concept to completion. This includes managing workshop operations, production schedules, supplier relationships, and on-site installations to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role demands strong technical knowledge of joinery, materials, and finishes, along with excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production and project management from design to installation
Manage workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow
Control budgets, procurement, and supplier coordination
Lead and mentor the production and site teams
Maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence across all projects
🎓 Educational Qualifications
National Diploma or Degree in:
o Production Management
o Industrial Design
o Shopfitting or Wood Technology
o Project Management
Trade Qualification (e.g. Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Carpenter, or Fitter)
🧰 Experience Requirements
5–10 years’ experience in production, fabrication, or shopfitting environments
Proven experience managing a production facility or workshop (ideally within retail, exhibition,or interior fit-out industries)
Experience managing end-to-end production: from technical drawings and procurement
through to fabrication, finishing, and installation
Strong background in materials (wood, metal, acrylics, composites) and manufacturing
methods (CNC, joinery, spray finishing, etc.)
Personal Attributes

Proactive and resourceful, with strong decision-making skills
Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Hands-on leader with practical understanding of workshop and site challenges
