Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office – Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with Syspro system experience
  • At least 1-year administration experience with proven track record
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good writing skills
  • Good Communication and People skills
  • A positive can do and solutions-based attitude.
Job Description:
  • Client liaison and relationship development
  • Processing general office orders, capturing of supplier invoices
  • Management of daily sample delivery/collection schedule
  • Managing and tracking of product samples.
Package:
  • We are offering a cost to company package of R13,000 per month which is inclusive of cell phone and petrol allowance
  • Leave is 20 days a year, which includes a 3-week annual break in December
  • There is also a 13th cheque should work performance be satisfactory.
