We are looking for a Showroom Manager in our Illovo showroom.
The Showroom Manager's purpose is to successfully lead the team and showroom to success,
The top 5 key accountabilities to achieve this include:
Sales success - Driving sales activities to achieve targets and KPI's
Ensure our CRM system is used effectively to assist in increasing sales
The maintenance of the company look & feel showroom aligned to the brand image
Overseeing daily operations: ensure the store is 100% functional
Ensure the team is living the company values and culture.
