Spitfire Furniture was established in 2013 and specializes in bespoke Leather and Fabric furniture as well as an imported range of Aluminium Aviation style pieces.

We are looking for Showroom Sales Managers and dynamic, target driven Showroom Sales Consultants in Cavendish Square, Cape Town and in Benmore Gardens, Sandton.

Your background will be strong experience in Interior Design, selling in a retail showroom with a great knowledge of full grain leather, fabric ranges and putting quotes together. You will also be hungry to drive sales and earn commission.

Showroom Sales Managers - Cavendish Square, Cape Town and Benmore Gardens, Sandton

Previous experience in selling in either an Interior Design or Retail environment with a great knowledge of leather, fabrics and high-end furniture with the ability to handle quotes.

Basic Requirements:
  • Driving activities that lead to the team to achieve sales and ensure showroom targets met
  • Training and coaching team to achieve their personal goals and those of company
  • Ensuring the showroom reflects the image of the company
  • Overseeing daily operations ensuring showroom 100% functional
  • Pro-actively interacting with other role players in the company.
 
Working Hours
These are retail hours in Cavendish Square and the Benmore Shopping Centre
A roster system will be in place to cover opening hours:
09h00 -19h00 Monday to Saturday
09h00 -17h00 Sunday

Salary
Negotiable with a Basic Salary plus Commission

  • Ensuring the showroom reflects the look and feel of the company.
