Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Invoicing
  • Copying
  • Scanning
  • Typing of quotes
  • Emailing orders to the suppliers
  • Keeping track of the leave and sick leave
  • Allocating payments
  • Creating new customer accounts
  • Ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Email correspondence with clients and suppliers
  • Typing delivery notes
  • Printing of weekly and monthly time sheets
  • Sending off payment advice to suppliers
  • Filing
  • Decorating experience
  • Able to speak English & Afrikaans
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook
