Estora Home is a proudly South African furniture manufacturer and retailer, specialising in handcrafted couches, beds, rugs, tables and outdoor furniture. With showrooms in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we are growing — and we are looking for strong, experienced Senior Sales Consultants to join our salesteam.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and understands both sales performance and operational discipline.
Who We’re Looking For
You are:
A senior sales professional with 5–7 years of proven sales experience
Experienced in administration and operations, not just selling
Confident, warm and engaging with a big personality
Mature, stable and responsible
Self-managed and accountable
Motivated by targets, commission and incentives
Able to think commercially and close deals confidently
Furniture or interior design experience is not required — strong sales ability is.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Quoting accurately and following up on leads
Managing customer communication from showroom visit through to delivery
Handling invoicing, deposits and order tracking
Assisting with showroom operations and daily administration
Maintaining CRM records and ensuring all order specifications are documented correctly
Supporting showroom presentation and customer experience standards
This role requires someone who understands that sales is both relationship-building and disciplined administration.
Requirements
5–7 years proven sales experience
Strong administrative background
Very computer literate
Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel independently
Available to work retail hours (including Saturdays)
Professional appearance and confident communication skills
