Interior Design Lecturer and Mentor
Potchefstroom Academy is seeking a creative and driven Interior Designer to educate, mentor, and develop the next generation of industry professionals.
Role responsibilities:
Deliver practical, industry-aligned modules within the Interior Design qualification
Support and mentor students throughout their academic journey
Contribute to curriculum enhancement and programme innovation
Collaborate within a dynamic and creative academic team
Minimum requirements:
Qualification in Interior Design, supported by relevant industry experience
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD and/or Revit)
Demonstrated passion for creativity, student development, and professional growth
Strong communication and organisational capabilities
Advantageous:
Prior teaching or training experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

The IID is the only professional body representing the Interior Design industry in South Africa.
