This is a showroom-based role at the heart of our client experience, engaging daily with office furniture dealers, interior designers, space planners and hospitality professionals.
Your role in the showroom
Welcome and guide visiting trade customers, design professionals and hospitality industry operators through our product offerings, ensuring a polished and professional showroom interaction.
Manage telephone, email and website enquiries with accuracy and efficiency, providing information on price, stock availability and product details.
Prepare quotations and maintain well-structured communication that reflects the quality of our brand.
Who you are
5 to 10 years prior work experience, ideally within a furniture showroom, furnishing fabrics environment or interiors-related sales support role.
Someone who is calm and composed with a natural ease in conversation, polished telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills.
Competent with IT systems and proficient in Excel.
